Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed to our shipping carrier and is en route to your chosen delivery address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time for your package begins after dispatch and depends on various factors, most notably your location. Below are the estimated shipping times for some of our key regions:

🇺🇸 United States: 6-12 days
🇨🇦 Canada: 6-10 days

Please note that during busy seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may face delays in transit and tracking updates. If your order is shipped internationally, customs delays can also extend delivery times beyond the estimated period.

We recommend reaching out directly to the courier company to file a claim, as they often have specific processes in place for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide any updates.

Please note that Voltna is not liable for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. If the package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
