If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@voltnaofficial.com and provide a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. Damaged packaging that does not affect the product (such as dented boxes) is not considered a reason for return.
Shipping and Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen shipping issues. If you experience delays or issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Voltna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund for the order.
